Summary

The Senior Director, Organizational Learning at Hillel International will lead efforts to foster continuous growth and knowledge-sharing across 550 campus-based Hillels and internal departments. The role involves developing a strategic learning portfolio, creating actionable learning resources, identifying and scaling best practices, facilitating learning cohorts, leading strategic initiatives, analyzing and synthesizing insights, fostering cross-team collaboration, supervising and mentoring, and requiring a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in Jewish Education, Jewish Nonprofit, or Higher Education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of professional experience, with previous Hillel experience strongly preferred
