Summary

Join the Retail Network Management Team as a Senior Director of Retail Network Management, overseeing network relationships with retail pharmacies, managing contract pricing, and leading retail pharmacy presentations. Contribute to strategic planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster strong partnerships to drive network growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in network management with a strong understanding of contract pricing and its impact on P&L
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to retail pharmacies or similar entities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to participate in and contribute to high-level planning discussions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategic and tactical business items to the network team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for network-related inquiries and updates, providing clear and concise information to relevant stakeholders
• Oversee and manage contract pricing in collaboration with the pricing team, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Analyze the impact of contract pricing on Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance with the finance team
• Prepare and present comprehensive network-related presentations to retail pharmacies, showcasing the value and benefits of our services
• Address any questions or concerns from retail pharmacy partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships
• Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing valuable insights and recommendations to drive network growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with overall business objectives
