Summary

Join SeatGeek, a leader in the ticketing industry, as the leader of their Pre-Sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the performance and development of business and solutions consultants in North America. You will develop strong relationships across various teams, support sales directly, lead the strategy, development, and execution of the pre-sales function, and own strategic technical partnerships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales consulting teams, ideally in software, sports, or related industries with long, complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching, developing, and team management
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving complex technology, business, and integration issues
  • Experience working with senior executives both internally and at prospects and clients
  • World-class presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with a passion for helping others solve complex problems both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for recruiting, performance, and development of our business and solutions consultants in North America
  • Support sales in selling named new accounts and client success in renewing key clients
  • Design and deliver workshops, assessments, and strategies directly to prospects and customers, including the largest and most well-known sports teams and venues in the world
  • Be an industry expert by researching industry trends, understanding best practices, and working directly with SeatGeek clients
  • Own, nurture, and grow our most strategic technical partnerships across the sports technology space
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, and other SeatGeek functions to represent the voice of the customer and needs of the industry
