Summary
Join Wpromote as a Senior Director of Brand Media Strategy & Planning, leading cross-channel media strategies and fostering collaboration across teams. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in media planning, media strategy, connections strategy, or related fields
- Proven track record developing and optimizing integrated media strategies across branded content/sponsorships, traditional and digital channels
- Experience leading cross-channel client engagements with minimal oversight
- Background in client and executive relationship management at a senior level
- Experience contributing to new business pitches
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex stories into a simplified approach
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills that inspire clients and teams
- Proficiency in media planning tools and research platforms
- Understanding of measurement methodologies and attribution models
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the overarching guidance of cross-channel media strategies across Branded Content Sponsorships, Programmatic (Display, Video, TV, OTT, Audio, DOOH), Social, Search
- Work closely with Comms & Audience Strategy teams to identify and analyze category, cultural, and consumer insights to inform strategic approaches and media mix recommendations
- Develop deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes
- Foster collaboration between media, creative, data, analytics, and account teams to ensure proper execution of strategies
- Drive strategic innovation within the organization, facilitating new channel exploration and partner RFPs
- Represent the agency's strategic point of view in client presentations and contributing to new business pitches
