Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience with substantial leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of shipping products and scaling engineering operations
• Experience in data access or data connectivity in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interface effectively across different organizational functions
• Expertise in enterprise system architecture and SaaS product development

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of our engineering team consisting of managers and individual contributors dedicated to building our data connectivity suite of products and solutions
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for Datavant’s core data connectivity platform
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to deliver valuable solutions to our customers
• Champion product innovation processes and initiatives
• Lead impactful efforts hands-on, ensuring high-quality execution
• Serve as a strong communicator, coach, and mentor within the organization
