Summary

Join OneRail as a Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms and lead the strategic product development, aligning it with customer needs. You will collaborate with various teams, including product, client implementation, sales, and customer success. This role involves driving the delivery of new platform features, integrating new technology assets from M&A transactions, and representing OneRail in client meetings. You will act as the lead product liaison to the engineering team, negotiate timelines, and ensure quality deliverables. Furthermore, you will play a key role in internal prioritization, roadmap documentation, and mentoring cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in technology or SaaS companies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale SaaS, mobile, transaction and reporting systems
  • Relentless attention to detail, client and peer communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Drive the definition and delivery of new OneRail Platform features
  • Rationalize and integrate new technology assets and personnel from M&A transactions
  • Represent the OneRail Product Organization in client and prospect meetings, ensuring reasonable timelines and achievable functional goals are established
  • Be the lead Product liaison to Engineering team to obtain mutual understanding and organizational buy-in to deliver specific functionality
  • Negotiate committed timelines for delivery of functionality on target timeline
  • Ensure quality deliverables by mandating test case design and compliance
  • Creating, updating and communicating of product roadmap
  • Improved planning and communication of product integrations, implementations and releases
  • Thoughtful diplomatic negotiation with clients related to OneRail product delivery
  • Perform key role of internal prioritization decisioning
  • Documentation, maintenance and socialization of strategic roadmap
  • Mentoring and consultation of cross functional team members on OneRail platform capabilities; i.e. Sales, Client Service teams
  • Drive Engineering Team to deliver on both long-term Strategic platform product while balancing with demands on near-term client-specific functionality and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, or last-mile delivery solutions
  • Background in Enterprise B2B product, customer success and/or implementation leadership
