Requirements
- Success in B2B SaaS or Advertising Sales leadership with between 5-10 years of Sales experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience managing and leading high-performing Advertising Sales teams. Experience in overlay team structure is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive Sales strategies that align with business goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding Sales targets
- Analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making and forecasting. Accurate and repeatable forecasting is a key requirement for being successful in this role
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience and understanding of selling to agencies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Advertising Sales professionals to achieve and exceed Sales targets
- With the VP, Advertising Sales, establishing overlay structures and processes to partner with core Demandbase Platform sellers
- Developing and executing strategic Sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, customers and stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align on goals and strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.Β
- Providing accurate Sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership
- Ensuring the team adheres to Sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Driving continuous improvement in Sales techniques, customer engagement, and overall team performance
