Requirements

  • 2+ years of media sales experience
  • Established relationships in the Tucson market, engrained in the community
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Utilize established relationships within the Tucson community to identify business opportunities
  • Prospect, qualify and secure new clients using our proprietary data and analytics
  • Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide world class client service, research, and market analysis to create a successful campaign for our clients
  • Diversify our clients’ solutions through cross-selling a variety of marketing solutions including broadcast, digital (website design, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Paid Search/Social, etc.), live event sponsorship and much more
  • Nurture key client relationships while fostering new business relationships as you grow your book of business
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with internal teams to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Work hands-on with your Director of Sales and Market President to set and exceed sales goals
