Requirements
- Previous years of relevant B2B demand gen experience, with success in high-growth SaaS, B2B2C marketplaces, or tech environments
- Deep understanding of the modern B2B marketing landscape, including sales-aligned go-to-market motions, multi-touch attribution, and the importance of driving measurable revenue impact
- Expertise across the full funnel - from big brand moments to fast-moving inbound to sales-assisted ABM
- A passion for marketing that performs. You love when brand and demand come together to move real revenue
- Proven success building pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally with a mix of velocity (SMB) and considered (Enterprise) sales cycles
- Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops
- A people-first mindset - you know that clarity, kindness, and trust are what drive real collaboration and lasting results
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, performance reporting, and attribution
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and ownership

Responsibilities
- Lead the US Demand Generation function, with full ownership of pipeline creation across the ENT and SMB segments
- Build, manage, and scale a campaign calendar that moves seamlessly from awareness to action - powered by paid media, CRM, content, events, webinars, and more
- Drive demand through always-on inbound, high-intent conversion paths, and ABM programs built in close partnership with Sales
- Own the number. Track performance and optimize for ROI, working hand-in-hand with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales
- Collaborate with content and product marketing to bring campaigns to life through themes, creative, messaging, and targeted outreach
- Oversee the execution of in-person and online events - from large field activations to strategic partner webinars - all grounded in demand goals
- Segment strategies for SMB vs. ENT: Youโll know when to go broad, when to go deep, and how to stretch a budget across multiple needs
- Manage budget, team, and agency resources to drive efficiency and scale

- In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $166,334 - $207,917. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program
