Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management and technology leadership experience, with at least 7 years managing teams and complex technology initiatives
  • Proven track record of building and scaling product management organizations through periods of rapid growth
  • Experience leading technology transformations in manufacturing or operationally intensive environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple functions and organizational levels
  • Strong technical fluency with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on system architecture and integration challenges
  • Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and IoT technologies as applied to manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Proven ability to develop long-term technology strategies that support business scaling from hundreds of millions to billions in revenue
  • Track record of delivering complex technology initiatives at a rapid pace
  • Experience managing competing short and long term priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • High bias for action with ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term technology vision for supply chain and manufacturing systems that will support Dandy's growth to a multi-billion dollar manufacturing business
  • Champion the development of production planning, scheduling, and optimization systems that can handle increasing complexity and volume
  • Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for advanced manufacturing capabilities, robotics integration, and international supply chain expansion
  • Partner with executive leadership to align manufacturing technology strategy with business objectives and growth plans
  • Drive the evolution from current-state manufacturing to "lights out" automated production capabilities
  • Drive the integration of advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT technologies into manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Ensure technology solutions support quality management systems and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing operations
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of product managers focused on supply chain and manufacturing technology
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability frameworks for your team while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
  • Mentor and develop product management talent, creating career growth paths and succession planning
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure seamless execution across product and engineering organizations
  • Work closely with the Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics Team to identify technology requirements for robotics adoption and automated production systems
  • Partner with the technology organization to build in-house manufacturing planning and execution systems that align with Dandy's broader platform architecture
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Interface with international expansion teams to develop supply chain technology that supports global operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling manufacturing technology at companies that grew from startup to scaled operations
  • Knowledge of advanced robotics, computer vision, and automated quality control systems
  • Previous experience in venture-backed companies during periods of hypergrowth
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in manufacturing systems implementation
