Requirements
- Have 10+ years of sales operation experience in high-growth environments, ideally in K-12 or healthcare markets
- Have built and scaled systems and teams that deliver measurable results in complex, dynamic spaces
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Sigma
- Successfully managed cross-functional teams, working with Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and deliver seamless execution
- Combine a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to stay flexible, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse markets
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and thoughtfully
- Passion for Hazelβs mission to expand access to healthcare for all children
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated district-to-district sales strategies that align territories, achieve CARR targets, and address the unique needs of diverse school districts
- Partner with sales leaders to create operational frameworks that deliver measurable results
- Build and manage Hazelβs sales infrastructure, including CRM platforms and analytics tools
- Take a hands-on approach to developing scalable systems that deliver reliable data, actionable insights, and seamless reporting to support team performance and growth
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track key sales metrics, pipeline health, and team performance
- Use insights from these tools to optimize strategies, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with growth objectives
- Create and implement training programs, tools, and resources that equip sales leaders and account executives with the skills and knowledge to excel
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement across the Sales team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals
- Cycle insights from the field back to these teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and product offerings, ensuring Hazel remains responsive to market needs
- In collaboration with the People team, develop and manage incentive structures that drive performance while maintaining budgetary alignment
- Strategically allocate resources and refine territory coverage to maximize impact and achieve sales goals
