Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solutions Marketing
  • Proven ability to set annual and quarterly plans and prioritize team projects and workload
  • Demonstrated ability to understand commercial, technological, and strategic drivers to build and execute multi-year strategy
  • Demonstrated prior experience setting and driving successful delivery of complex solutions marketing campaigns. Including the drafting and writing of position papers, value proposition statement and writing marketing collateral
  • Experience leading cross-functional agile teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Effective stakeholder management in complex, matrixed leadership structures
  • Proven ability to establish a broad vision and take ideas from concept through to completion
  • Ability to understand and interpret fundamental workings and trends within the legal industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Create and evolve messaging and positioning strategies that drive growth
  • Draft and maintain value statements, pitch decks, enablement materials, web and other content aligned to the service value drivers
  • Ensure our value proposition and messaging differentiate our services portfolio in the marketplace, resonate with our target customers, and support our broader company vision and objectives
  • Maintain close collaboration and partnership with the client engagement teams, delivery teams, marketing, and partners to drive pipeline targets, and expansion
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to generate demand by providing key messaging documents and guidance on in-market campaigns
  • Identify and execute marketing activities to drive inbound business from target market segments, serving both top-of-funnel and funnel conversion, and resulting in increased new bookings
  • Leverage advanced analytics to optimize performance and measure success
  • Be a part of an inspiring team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
