Join Hudl as a Senior Product Director and lead the product vision for the Competitive business unit, translating the needs of North American club and high school sports organizations into impactful products. Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in a product management role, owning multiple product strategies
- Product leadership experience at a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company
- Formal experience leading a team of product managers, effectively gaining buy-in
- Experience creating large product strategies and roadmaps, influencing others to achieve key business objectives
- Knowledge of effective methods to drive product discovery, growth, maturity, and sunset
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for the Competitive business unit, communicating it effectively to teams and stakeholders
- Set customer-centric product outcomes using engagement and usage funnels as indicators
- Be responsible for products throughout their lifecycle (discovery, growth, maturity, and sunset)
- Guide your team in generating new ideas, prioritizing effectively
- Collaborate with the Senior Engineering Director and other product leaders to ensure team health and efficiency
- Manage, grow, and inspire a team of Product Managers
