Requirements

  • At least ten years of experience in a product management role, owning multiple product strategies
  • Product leadership experience at a Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company
  • Formal experience leading a team of product managers, effectively gaining buy-in
  • Experience creating large product strategies and roadmaps, influencing others to achieve key business objectives
  • Knowledge of effective methods to drive product discovery, growth, maturity, and sunset

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the Competitive business unit, communicating it effectively to teams and stakeholders
  • Set customer-centric product outcomes using engagement and usage funnels as indicators
  • Be responsible for products throughout their lifecycle (discovery, growth, maturity, and sunset)
  • Guide your team in generating new ideas, prioritizing effectively
  • Collaborate with the Senior Engineering Director and other product leaders to ensure team health and efficiency
  • Manage, grow, and inspire a team of Product Managers
