Summary

The Sr Director of Product Management, Growth will lead a team to drive growth across four key pillars: Partnership Growth, Enterprise Growth, SMB and Mid-Market Growth, and New Product Growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product management, data analytics, and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years in product management
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth for sizable product lines or businesses
  • Understanding of growth models and loops to drive sustainable growth
  • Mastery of Acquisition, Activation, Conversion, Retention, and Monetization strategies
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in self-service data analysis (yes SQL) and performance tracking tools
  • Deep Experimentation experience; knowledge of forming hypotheses, setting up tests, measuring results, and iterating on learnings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product growth teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Increase the eligible body of employees with access to Tapcheck’s financial wellness services
  • Drive conversion revenue through enhanced product and marketing capabilities
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and execute a comprehensive B2B2C product growth strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing registration and transfer growth while ensuring effective B2B growth and Card development
  • Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize growth initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses, measure results, and drive continuous improvement
