Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline); MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong background in driving customer success through the delivery of technical solutions, with deep expertise in customer-centric solutions and scalable implementation strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and clients
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and driving change in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization
  • Experience in resource capacity forecasting and planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Solution Engineering and Customer Solutions teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that align with business and compliance goals
  • Oversee the Technical Success Manager and Technical Account Manager teams to ensure smooth implementation and unparalleled post-live support for clients
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and workflows, ensuring high-quality and timely solution delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, delivery, bank and network) to align solutions with client needs and company objectives
  • Foster a customer-first culture, providing tailored guidance and solutions that support long-term client success
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, promoting a collaborative, innovative, and accountable work environment
  • Monitor and improve team performance, providing feedback and coaching for career development
  • Manage resources and staffing to ensure effective resource allocation and alignment with business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to optimize team performance and solution delivery
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates on team performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements
