Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications highly valued
  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 10+ years of experience leading teams, preferably through continuous change, ambiguity, and high-growth
  • Deep understanding of the talent needs of OEM, automotive, or a related industry
  • Success leading programmatic recruitment efforts
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills are paramount

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Scout’s Talent Acquisition function, including talent strategy, programmatic recruiting, employer branding, and talent operations
  • Partner with organizational leadership to integrate business goals into talent strategy
  • Establish performance metrics and facilitate a data-driven approach to communicate Talent Acquisition goals and progress
  • Lead the company to achieve hiring targets through a period of high growth and ambiguity
  • Develop talent programs to enhance sourcing and outreach, quality of hire and candidate experience, and candidate pool diversity
  • In partnership with People leadership, define and implement initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce, including hiring trainings, diversity recruitment strategies, and fostering a culture of belonging
