Requirements

• 8+ years of people management experience, leading a recruiting function in a growing company
• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably as a technical recruiter
• Built and managed a high-performing recruiting team who knows how to recruit exceptional high quality talent
• Proven ability to lead Talent Acquisition teams to hit hiring and business targets
• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders and the ability to influence multiple facets of the organization cross-functionally
• Highly analytical and understands the importance of tracking metrics to help build effective and scalable teams

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technical and business recruiters and recruiting coordinators
• Iterate upon current talent acquisition processes and build scalable strategies for Babylist to grow effectively
• Redefine and develop a Talent Acquisition strategy and operation that attracts world-class talent in a rapidly changing talent landscape
• Partner with leadership team and hiring leaders across the company to understand priorities and anticipate hiring needs
