Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business transformation or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing cross functional business transformation programmes and portfolios from concept to full benefits implementation
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing multi-tier governance to support both transformation and general delivery excellence at an organizational level
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels up to c-suite level
- Ability to turn strategy into action and drive step change impact to the top and bottom line
- Strong leadership capability enabling growth and development of the team directly reporting to you and those in a broader matrix structure
- A drive for results - unwavering desire to achieve key outcomes and support the business in getting there
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the end to end transformation roadmap. This includes ownership from discovery and business case through to implementation, change management and benefits realization
- Implement organization wide governance (including a PMO) to monitor and drive transformation alongside controls/rigor to support excellence in day to day performance of the business. This will include transformation, customer, process, product and risk processes and controls
- Build and lead a high performing team of around 10 people; mentor, motivate and develop team members to deliver both business and personal objectives
- Develop and implement change management strategies and be a champion for change to ensure the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and forensically measure the progress and impact of the transformation portfolio and provide an appropriate cadence of updates, communication and escalation to management/stakeholders. Drive decision making that makes a difference
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in transformation projects both within direct and matrix hierarchy
- Drive best practices across Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement and Product Improvement
- Oversee the design, implementation and delivery of both complex transformation projects often led by transformation team resources alongside local level change activities in each market supported by other teams
- Lead the articulation of a clear and compelling vision of change to around 2,000 people in the business
- Partner with stakeholders across Vonage to identify opportunities, scope requirements and influence change for the progression of the organisation, where dependencies exist
- Create and own the process business wide process repository which will enable clarity of current processes/workflows and drive step change improvement in value and end to end customer and employee experience
