Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership in the end-to-end development of a new product within New Ventures, driving strategy and execution at an executive level
- Identify market opportunities, shaping a compelling and differentiated value proposition
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and operations to ensure seamless development and successful market launch
- Commercial responsibility interfacing with new clients, scale-up initiatives for the business and improve performance and results
- Architect and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product competitiveness and scalability
- Navigate corporate governance and operational frameworks while fostering a culture of innovation and agility
- Spearhead business growth through data-driven insights, financial acumen, and a strong commercial perspective

- In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $166,334.00 - $249,500.00. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors.Β In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program
