Summary

Join Grammarly's Core Product team as a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of innovative new features leveraging contextual inferences using cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning and generative AI.

Requirements

  • Has 5+ years of relevant experience managing high-performing engineering teams with a track record of shipping measurable impact and value to customers
  • Is knowledgeable about machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, and related technologies
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and mentor a team. Effectively sets and communicates priorities for themselves and their team while driving execution
  • Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to dive deep into technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, including with remote teams
  • Has the ability and desire to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where things change quickly

Responsibilities

  • Lead an experienced team of engineers focused on leveraging machine learning to develop contextually-aware communication assistance for our users
  • Develop innovative new Grammarly features leveraging contextual inferences using cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning and generative AI
