Responsibilities

  • Manage and Develop Leaders: Foster a strong management culture by leading and mentoring Engineering Managers
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across your product suite
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical leader, guiding your teams in the development of robust, scalable solutions on the cloud
  • Champion Agile Practices: Participate actively in high-level planning and Scrum ceremonies, playing a significant role in maintaining a strong team culture
