Summary
Join us at EasyPost to drive sales and revenue growth within enterprise-level accounts as an Enterprise Account Executive. Build relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business objectives, and effectively sell the company's services to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree
- 8+ years of related experience, masterโs degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level executives
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software tools
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify and target enterprise-level accounts within a specific industry or market segment
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to key stakeholders, highlighting their value and competitive advantages
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction
