Summary
Join ELEKS Product Design Office as a Senior Experience Designer in Lviv, Ternopil or Ivano-Frankivsk, working on a leading US-based legal education platform and contract template provider aiming to expand its business and transition into a full-cycle client management platform. You will conduct user research, develop customer journeys, and synthesize research findings into actionable insights. You will also drive product design phases, define user flows, and create high-fidelity UI mockups. Your responsibilities include validating designs through A/B testing and ensuring designs meet accessibility standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for human-centered design principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX
- Strong knowledge of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Mural and prototyping tools
- Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and interaction models
- Familiarity with customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and their application
- Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA, EN 301 549)
- Ability to work with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient level of English
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop and map customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance engagement
- Synthesize research findings from user research and other data sources (e.g. market research, usability research, data analytics, and secondary research) into actionable insights and recommendations
- Drive product design phases and discovery processes, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
- Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research insights and best practices
- Work with design systems and create high-fidelity UI mockups that align with brand guidelines
- Validate designs through A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops
- Ensure designs meet WCAG and other accessibility standards for inclusivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experience design strategies with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ideate, collaborate, and co-create solutions for enhancing the customer experience
- Advocate for human-centered design principles and customer-centric thinking across the company
