Senior Experience Designer

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in experience design, preferably in a digital agency environments
• Advanced Figma expertise, including prototyping skills
• Experience designing and/or maintaining design systems
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic design mindset – ability to think conceptually, drive storytelling, and take initiative
• Experience designing for both web and app platforms
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, data analytics, and business strategy teams
• Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility, and business acumen
• Ability to articulate, justify, and defend design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives
• Awareness of current design trends, emerging technologies, and innovation in the digital space
• If the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and other designers, to develop creative concepts and solutions that translate into groundbreaking digital designs
• Lead by example, producing kick-ass work that sets high standards for original concepts and detailed execution
• Influence and mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering open communication and a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences that solve problems and meet project objectives
• Provide strategic insights to guide the overall direction of digital design projects
• Utilize technology to bring designs to life and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Champion the importance of prototyping and user-centric design principles
• Ensure that design solutions not only look gorgeous but also address user needs effectively
• Participate in client presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions
• Collaborate with project teams to encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement that ensures project deadlines and deliverables are met
