Summary
Join Huge as a Senior Experience Designer and lead the development of a world-class digital product from the ground up, driven by a complete brand redesign. You will set new industry standards by shaping a seamless web and app experience, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and mentoring junior designers. Beyond design, you will contribute to creative ideation and partner with cross-functional teams. You will design for both web and app products, using responsive best practices, and apply user-centered design principles. Prototype, test, and iterate to ensure the experience meets user and business goals, and champion a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. This remote position is open to candidates within the United States, excluding New Mexico and Hawaii.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, problem-solving work
- Mastery of Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience building design systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking
- Proven ability to design across the entire user journey, not just single screens
- Foundational UX skills: wireframes, flows, journey maps, and research synthesis
- Demonstrated experience in product design, responsive design, and design systems across web, mobile web, and apps—work should feel fresh and modern
- Ability to draw inspiration from best-in-class examples, interaction patterns, and cultural trends—and articulate how they influence your process
- Clear POV on how AI is reshaping design; able to discuss intelligently (hands-on experiments or case studies are a plus)
- Sharp presentation skills—can explain customer/business value and rationale behind decisions
- Strong communication and leadership abilities for guiding and mentoring teams
