Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations, with a deep understanding of warehouse infrastructure, preventive maintenance, and vendor management
  • Have a proven ability to oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and operational excellence
  • Be skilled in managing third-party vendors, ensuring contract compliance, performance tracking, and accountability
  • Excel at identifying and resolving facility challenges before they escalate
  • Have experience managing budgets, forecasting facility needs, and identifying cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational quality
  • Understand OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and building codes, ensuring that all locations operate within compliance standards and maintain the highest level of safety
  • Work effectively with leadership, operations teams, and external partners to align facility operations with business goals
  • Lead by example, ensuring that warehouses and workspaces are fully operational, well-maintained, and continuously improving to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Be based near one of our 11 warehouse locations to effectively oversee operations and ensure on-site support as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop on-site teams by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across all locations
  • Empower local teams to manage day-to-day facility operations effectively while maintaining high standards
  • Oversee daily facility operations across 11 warehouse locations, ensuring consistency in execution and facility upkeep
  • Implement scalable processes that drive efficiency in preventive maintenance, ticket resolution, and vendor management
  • Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high operational standards and facility integrity
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities, ensuring contract compliance and performance tracking
  • Lead the transition and onboarding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for IT infrastructure, network security, and access control
  • Optimize vendor agreements to ensure cost efficiency while upholding high service quality
  • Ensure all locations operate within OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and local building codes
  • Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and unexpected failures
  • Implement standardized SLA frameworks for ticketing to maintain response and resolution times that align with business needs
  • Maintain and optimize key warehouse infrastructure, including docks, material handling equipment, HVAC systems, and security access
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of warehouse equipment to support evolving business demands
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams to align facility projects with long-term company goals
  • Proactively identify facility improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
