Summary

Join our team as a Senior Finance Analyst and contribute to informed decision-making by working closely with business leaders. This fully remote position, available to applicants in the Philippines, plays a vital role in driving financial efficiency and strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for monthly revenue forecasting, collaborating on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing variance insights, supporting deal renewals, monitoring project margins, forecasting costs, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate possesses advanced English skills, a finance-related degree, and 2-5 years of FP&A experience. Requirements

  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in FP&A team
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP systems
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to provide insights that support informed decision-making
  • Drive financial efficiency and support strategic financial planning
  • Create monthly detailed revenue forecast
  • Collaborate with business units to build Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
  • Provide insights on variances to AOP, quarterly forecasts and prior month forecasts
  • Support EMEA/APAC deal renewals & new signatures, with constant focus to deliver improved bottom line performance on every client deal
  • Monitor project margins and provide meaningful insights
  • Forecast cloud and back office cost and perform variance analysis
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, assisting in key projects and business support when required

Preferred Qualifications

CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification
