Senior Finance IT Manager in Singapore

Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company founded in 2017. They are looking for an owner of system support operations to act as a liaison between various departments, develop and optimize system operation flows, and make effective decisions based on information from the Finance department. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology and prior experience in finance software or related fields. They must be able to perform well under pressure, stay self-motivated, and possess strong cross-team coordination and execution skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology
• Prior experience in Finance Software & System/ERP Software/Internal Finance System/Finance IT/Finance Information Sharing Platform
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to stay self-motivated and committed when pushing project result delivery and facing/resolving problems
• Strong cross-team coordination & collaboration skills
• Strong execution skills to deliver system development & problem-solving results

Responsibilities

• Act as an owner of system support operations, such as system maintenance/system setup/user training/etc
• Develop and optimize system operation/management flows
• Keep consistent track of system availability & functionality and point out problems
• Collect and analyze information from Finance department (and other teams) and generate business requirements for system development or optimization
