You will oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting efforts, partner with leadership to provide strategic insights, and support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Maths, or Computer Science)
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of long-term financial models and business plans that align with the company’s growth objectives
• Manage the annual budgeting process and build rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, focusing on key SaaS metrics such as MRR/ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for board meetings and investor updates
• Lead cross-functional financial projects and provide data-driven recommendations for pricing strategies, market expansion, and product launches
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and drive process improvements
• Mentor and manage a small finance team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
