Summary

Join Aledade as a Senior Financial Analyst and contribute to the FP&A team's success in annual budgeting, monthly variance analysis, and executive presentations. Partner with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. This role involves headcount management within the NetSuite system and collaboration on executive-level presentations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ Years work experience in Finance
  • Advanced excel skills, including Financial Modeling, the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, summarize data with Pivot Tables, and comfortable using lookup functions
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player attitude is essential - ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, variable environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams with forecasting expenses and headcount
  • Take point on leading budget variance analysis to create clear and concise written explanations to explain differences from plan and prior forecasts
  • Create executive level charts and slides for monthly, quarterly and annual executive and board presentations
  • Load monthly census and open roles into NetSuite Budget and Planning system, including adjustments for feedback received during BvA meetings
  • This process includes consolidating weekly backfill and unbudgeted requests to submit for review
  • Partner in the annual budget process, collaborating with Finance Business Partners, business leads and accounting
  • Collaborate in preparing the monthly Executive Committee and quarterly Board Decks
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis in support of other financial and business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite Budget and Planning system experience
  • Self Motivated
  • CPA
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
