Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Bloomreach as a Senior Financial Analyst and contribute to the financial success of a global company. Initially focusing on GTM FP&A, you will transition to a corporate FP&A role within 3-6 months. This role requires strong financial modeling, analysis, and communication skills. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar FP&A role
• Expertise in financial modelling, financial systems, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support the GTM / Corporate FP&A function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Transition smoothly into corporate FP&A, taking on broader responsibilities such as overall company financial planning and analysis & planning tool support
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data, systems, and reporting processes
• Communicate complex financial data and insights clearly to key stakeholders across departments
• Support financial system improvements and help implement best practices to optimize financial processes
• Monitor key financial metrics and recommend actionable strategies for business optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial planning systems (ideally Adaptive) and tools
