Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Midi Health, a rapidly growing company redesigning care for women in midlife, as a Senior Financial Analyst. This remote (U.S.-based) role offers the opportunity to be a strategic partner across departments, providing financial clarity and insights. You will manage budgets, forecast performance, analyze revenue and costs, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning data into actionable insights. This position involves building scalable financial processes, analyzing key metrics, and supporting a new ERP system rollout. You will contribute to operational discipline, product strategy, and financial evaluations of partnerships.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with ERP/FP&A tools is a plus
• A sharp analytical mindset, you ask the right questions and bring clarity to complexity
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with senior leaders
• A bias for action and a love for building things from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Work directly with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and spending
• Build out scalable financial processes across FP&A, forecasting, and business analytics
• Own analysis of key metrics like cost per visit, reimbursement trends, and patient claims
• Help transition critical insights in-house (moving from outside consultants to internal analysis)
• Support a new ERP + budgeting system rollout to level up our finance tech stack
• Drive operational discipline through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support product strategy by quantifying the impact of roadmap decisions
• Provide financial analysis to evaluate commercial deals and partnerships
• Surface risks and opportunities through deep dives into claims and revenue cycle data
• Help prepare materials for leadership and Board-level financial reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare metrics, reimbursement models, or claims data is a plus
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Healthcare experience
