Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Envoy Global, a leader in global immigration technology, as our Senior Financial Analyst! Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will leverage your analytical skills to support various teams. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics; assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting; supporting the annual budgeting process; conducting financial analysis for business decisions; and administering FP&A systems. This role requires 3-6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable working remotely during specified hours.

Requirements

• Three to Six years of relevant financial analysis experience within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated success forging relationships and working effectively across functions
• Excellent quantitative, numerical reasoning and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and meet set deadlines
• Strong mathematical and MS Excel Skills – Advanced level of MS Excel required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Demonstrated expertise in use of FP&A and/or BI tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide financial reporting, variance analyses, and performance metrics to finance team and department leaders
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Support Envoy’s annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision making
• Serve as the company’s primary administrator for FP&A related systems and tools (DataRails)
• Leverage company supported tools to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline data presentation for stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed

• Self-motivated candidate who can effectively operate in a remote setting and is available to work between the hours of 06:00 PM IST and 03:00 AM IST
