Summary
Join Hims & Hers Health, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst and contribute to the financial planning and analysis of key business lines. This remote role reports to the Manager, Finance and involves responsibilities such as preparing financial statements, managing forecasting processes, developing internal processes, assisting with key deliverables, and performing ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate possesses a B.S. in Finance or Accounting, along with 2+ years of relevant experience. While experience with online DTC businesses and Netsuite is preferred, it's not mandatory. Requirements
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent
- 2 or more years financial analysis experience at a faced-paced startup/company, investment banking or other corporate finance related role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and review of annual, quarterly and monthly financials across all P&L lines and business units
- Manage the monthly forecasting process end-to-end, including management and improvement of systems, loads, and reporting packages
- Develop and build out internal processes to drive efficiency and improve analysis capabilities
- Assist with preparing key deliverables in support of weekly pacing, monthly forecast, and annual planning partnering across finance teams
- Perform ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online DTC business and CAC / LTV concepts
- Experience with Netsuite Planning and Budgeting

- Model Guru: Proficient in Excel and love the challenge of bringing structure to complex unstructured problems
- Confident Communicator: Adept in the details but be able to succinctly communicate insights to an executive audience
- Analysis and Reporting: Identify trends, extract insight from large amounts of information, and tie analysis back to key business outcomes
- Executor: Convert requests into finished deliverables ready for a BOD / Exec audience with minimal direction required
- Problem Solver: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask; an independent / flexible problem solver who can cope positively with an ever changing work environment
- Strong interest in utilizing technology to drive efficiencies and results. Looker expertise is a plus
