Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in healthcare finance (MSO, ASC, or PPM)
• Track Record: Expertise in growth-stage, private equity-backed companies
• Skills: Strong ERP and financial software experience; CPA preferred
• Leadership: Proven ability to develop and lead finance teams
• Location Flexibility: Based within a 2-hour flight of Philadelphia; occasional in-office time required
