Summary

Join Included Health as a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager and contribute to strategic revenue planning. You will be responsible for forecasting, analysis, and collaborating with business operations to develop revenue strategies. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will create financial models and work closely with other departments. This role involves building financial reporting dashboards and models, assisting with data standardization, and contributing to long-term, annual, and monthly forecasting processes. You will leverage your strong financial and business partnership skills to enhance product profitability. While this position does not involve managerial responsibilities, it requires a collaborative mindset to work effectively with the finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree
  • 10+ years of Finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience in complex financial modeling
  • Experience understanding and resolving complex financial issues by using data and preparing in-depth analysis
  • Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
  • Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats
  • Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment

Responsibilities

  • You will build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools
  • You will help build long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners
  • You will have excellent financial and business partnership skills that help improve product profitability
  • You will not have managerial responsibilities but will need a collaborative mindset as you work with others on the finance team
