Summary
Join Included Health as a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager and partner with business operations to develop revenue strategies. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will create financial models and reporting dashboards. You will contribute to long-term, annual, and monthly forecasting processes. This role requires strong financial and business partnership skills and collaboration with the finance team. While this is not a managerial position, it demands a collaborative mindset. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree
- 10+ years of Finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in complex financial modeling
- Experience understanding and resolving complex financial issues by using data and preparing in-depth analysis
- Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
- Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
Responsibilities
- Build financial reporting dashboards and models
- Assist with data standardization in financial reporting tools
- Help build long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners
- Improve product profitability through excellent financial and business partnership skills
