Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, with experience in SaaS or technology companies strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills and deep Excel expertise; comfortable working with minimal tooling
- Experience preparing materials for executive teams, investors, and boards
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and limited systems while delivering high-quality outputs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills โ able to โtell the storyโ behind the numbers
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including variance analysis (budget vs. actuals), ARR and revenue tracking, and board-level reporting
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven business decisions
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and department leaders to drive budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior executives and key stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investor communications, and critical decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within FP&A operations
- Provide support for compensation planning, cash flow forecasting, and other related financial activities
Benefits
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year to $150,000/year plus 10 % variable bonus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
