Senior FP&A Analyst

Join SevenRooms as a Senior FP&A Analyst and play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and strategic decision-making processes. You will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related financial role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling, particularly around SaaS metrics such as Gross/Net Retention, CAC, LTV, and Payback Period

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) trends, including new bookings, renewals, upsells, and churn
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, with a focus on SaaS metrics
• Partner with GTM, Product & Engineering, and G&A teams to provide financial insights that support customer retention strategies and MRR growth
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis, particularly around customer metrics
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the board of directors, with a focus on customer and revenue metrics
