Summary

Join SentinelOne as a Sales FP&A Sr. Analyst and become a critical member of our finance team. You will provide robust financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to senior leadership. This role demands a proactive approach to financial analysis and attention to detail, impacting company growth and operational efficiency. You will uncover insights to improve financial result predictability and enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities. Drive efficiencies in Sales Headcount planning and forecasting, and own weekly and monthly headcount reporting. Partner with Accounting and Corp FP&A on projects to improve financial results predictability. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field, 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Transactions Advisory, with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models and forecasts
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced/expert skills required, including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint/Google Slides

Responsibilities

  • Drive efficiencies in Sales Headcount planning and forecasting, and own weekly and monthly headcount reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Perform financial analysis and risk/opportunity assessments to quantify the impact of new initiatives or variances to Plan
  • Proactively identify and improve scalability of existing processes and financial models, to improve financial controllership and reporting
  • Partner with Accounting on delivering monthly and quarterly close cycle deliverables in a timely manner
  • Partner with Corp FP&A and cross-functionally as needed on projects to maintain and improve the predictability of financial results

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or CFA certification is a plus
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment) and/or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred
