Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) in a quantitative discipline is highly preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a significant portion in a quantitative role within the banking or financial services industry or in a VC backed scale up
• Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced financial models and quantitative analysis techniques
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB and experience with financial modelling tools like Excel, VBA, and SQL
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, econometrics, and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle NetSuite)
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
