Senior Frontend Engineer

Requirements

• Have experience designing, implementing, running, and maintaining production front-end code using React, NextJS, CSS, and other frameworks
• Have experience testing complex full-stack applications using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Storybook
• Have experience with scalable, user-facing applications that require complex state management, real-time user events, and intricate UI/UX for both mobile and desktop
• Be able to quickly iterate with product and design teams as part of a tight user-validated feedback loop
• Understand the importance of reliable monitoring, deployment strategies, and a highly scalable and robust cloud infrastructure
• Have experience with best practices and patterns that allow the most skilled engineering teams to communicate effectively and deliver quickly and regularly
• Want to write high-quality code and build a world-class engineering team
• Be passionate about the possibilities and challenges of rapidly shipping and iterating on user-facing code and building a consumer application with high public visibility
• Have a strong portfolio of prior work

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, run, and maintain production front-end code using React, NextJS, CSS, and other frameworks
• Test complex full-stack applications using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Storybook
• Develop scalable, user-facing applications requiring complex state management, real-time user events, and intricate UI/UX for both mobile and desktop
• Iterate quickly with product and design teams within a user-validated feedback loop
• Strive for pixel-perfect front-end code and lightning-fast load times
• Understand and implement reliable monitoring, deployment strategies, and a highly scalable and robust cloud infrastructure
• Utilize best practices and patterns for effective communication and rapid delivery within engineering teams
• Write high-quality code and contribute to building a world-class engineering team
• Rapidly ship and iterate on user-facing code, building a consumer application with high public visibility
• Actively participate in collaborative brainstorming and proposing novel extensions
• Play an active role in delivering your work to users
• Help others with various parts of the product
