Requirements

  • Have a Secret Clearance
  • Have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL)
  • Have a BA/BS and have (7) plus years (with a minimum of 5 years of experience in DRUPAL) of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space

Responsibilities

  • Possess extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on technologies such as DRUPAL platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code
  • Work closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management
  • Work with Business Analysts, SME’s, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables
  • Design and develop the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security
  • Demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed
  • Demonstrate experience designing, implementing, and integrating DRUPAL with federal systems (on-premises, cloud)
  • Demonstrate experience delivering DRUPAL solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508
  • Demonstrate experience utilizing Webform Module in DRUPAL
  • Demonstrate proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) coding tools
  • Specifically, applicants must have substantial experience with AI-assisted programming tools, including but not limited to GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools approved by the Department of Labor (DOL)
