Requirements

  • Proven experience in global/strategic account management or senior sales roles
  • Experience selling both product and services business solutions in a tech start-up environment
  • Interest in market research/trends to derive useful insights from data as well as capability to present online and onsite/to draft proposals and articulate messages in a clear way
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales & project management processes
  • Ability to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form sustainable long-term relationships
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple geographies
  • A high-energy and are a team player who is a fast learner and is at ease with technology
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business Fluency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with global accounts on a global scale
  • Discuss TrustYou's products in relation to the needs of the client's organization
  • Strategically develop our global accounts, increasing the total revenue of the account and strategically identifying new revenue streams
  • Work closely with the commercial and technical project team members, business developers & account managers to derive global account strategies and sell our entire portfolio of products across our global accounts
  • Identify business value, map it closely to customers' goals and influence its delivery in any form (project, sale, pilot, POC etc)
  • Drive and execute delivery for RFI and RFP until decision while making sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Someone with additional Language Skills: German and French
  • Having CRM experience SalesForce, HubSpot, ChargeBee
