Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in demand generation, channel marketing, and field marketing
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, including regional cultural and regulatory considerations
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce) and performance analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of strategic, thematic campaigns each quarter, aligning with ExtraHop’s business goals and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
  • Design multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, paid media, email, events, and ABM to drive engagement and conversions
  • Define target audience segments, maintain target account lists, and guide precise execution for paid media and email marketing
  • Oversee the development of all core campaign assets, including messaging documents, digital ads, emails, sales enablement playbooks, and event materials
  • Lead the global rollout of campaigns, collaborating with regional field marketing and demand generation teams to ensure localization and execution excellence
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize ROI
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity and marketing trends to drive innovation and campaign effectiveness
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from strategy and execution to measurement and refinement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with security buyer personas and the broader threat detection themes
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital content strategy
  • Experience localizing campaign assets for global audiences
