Join OffSec as a Senior Global Demand Generation Manager and become the driving force behind our demand generation strategy. You will independently develop, manage, and optimize marketing programs to generate qualified leads and impact revenue. This role requires strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a passion for results-driven marketing. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, manage marketing automation platforms, and report on key performance indicators. Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B demand generation, at least two years in cybersecurity
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and data analytics tools
- Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Gong Engage
- Demonstrated track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable revenue outcomes
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, drive decisions, and articulate insights
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders across departments
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, virtual events, paid advertising, and other digital channels
- Manage OffSecβs webinar program, including planning, execution, promotion, and follow-up
- Plan and execute owned and sponsored events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy, including comprehensive lead follow-up
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment, establish and manage clearly defined funnel stages (MQL, SQL, Opportunities), and streamline the lead handoff process
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and lead tracking
- Own and report on demand generation KPIs, tracking effectiveness and ROI to inform ongoing strategy
- Develop copywriting and messaging for campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Design, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and other stakeholders to create compelling campaign content
- Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to support campaign execution when needed
- Manage a team of 1 other regional demand team members with an opportunity to grow
