Summary

Join Pismo's Talent Acquisition team and lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to service level agreements. Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication and collaboration. Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, employing innovative and efficient strategies. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing consultative support. Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies, presenting insights and recommendations for process improvement. Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate)
  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting for Tech roles
  • Proven experience with Data-Driven Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Interviewing Best Practices
  • Experience with Recruitment KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for technology and product roles, ensuring high quality and adherence to SLAs
  • Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication, including interviewing candidates and collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, focusing on innovative and efficient recruitment strategies
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support in defining role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Actively pursue continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
