Summary

This role involves mentoring a team of recruiters, building a strong talent pipeline, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will also drive employer branding initiatives to position HeadQuarters as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation across various roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executives
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and employer branding
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, and results-driven environment

Responsibilities
