Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of recruiters

  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and executives
  • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, and employer branding
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-moving, and results-driven environment
