Join Headway's Patient team as a Senior Growth Designer and design the initial patient experience, shaping how people find and access mental healthcare. You will lead design for SEO/SEM and other acquisition channels, prototype and launch experiments to improve patient care search, translate ideas into high-quality designs, and develop reusable design patterns. Collaborate with various teams, including PMs, marketers, and engineers. This role requires 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth-related work. You should possess strong visual and interaction design skills and be comfortable with hypothesis-driven iteration and measurable impact. Requirements
- Have 5-8 years experience as a Product Designer (3+ on a Growth-related team), designing high-performing, consumer-facing desktop and mobiel web products
- Bring strong visual and interaction design craftโand enjoy raising the bar for both
- Are excited by hypothesis-driven iteration, experimentation, and measurable impact
- Can translate user insights and business goals into polished, intuitive design

Responsibilities
- Lead design for SEO/SEM acquisition experiences, along with other new and emerging channels
- Prototype and launch experiments to improve how patients search for care
- Translate ideas into production-ready, high-quality visual design
- Develop and document reusable design patterns in our patient-facing design system (Helix)
- Collaborate closely with PMs, marketers, engineers, researchers, and other product and brand designers
