Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields
- Proven track record of developing and executing global lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement and retention
- Deep expertise in CRM tech stacks, automation, and owned marketing channels
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in segmentation, experimentation, and performance measurement
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated people leadership, with experience growing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a deep sense of ownership
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance guest engagement and LTV
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing lifecycle marketers, fostering innovation and executional excellence
- Optimize owned channels by leveraging personalization, segmentation, and predictive modeling to ensure weβre sending the right message, to the right customer, at the right time
- Partner with Advanced Analytics to opportunity size our big bets, define our test & learn agenda, and drive measurable impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to deliver seamless on- and off-platform guest experiences
- Ensure high creative standards, working closely with Creative leadership to develop compelling, value-add, and brand-aligned content
- Maintain strong relationships with Marketing Ops and Marketing Technology teams to advance automation, targeting, and personalization goals
