Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Join ev.energy, a fast-growing company revolutionizing electric vehicle charging, and become a key player in our Driver Acquisition team. Requirements

• Possess D2C digital marketing expertise, including launching and optimizing digital ad campaigns with Google, Meta, and Reddit
• Have hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, HubSpot, or MailChimp
• Demonstrate positivity and a can-do attitude
• Possess excellent communication skills for collaboration with a remote team and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale up EV smart charging programs for our utility clients across the US West Coast
• Plan, execute, test and refine digital marketing campaigns supporting utility and CCA managed charging programs
• Collaborate with client success managers, program managers, and graphic designers
• Manage account and reporting for utility partner marketing programs, as needed
• Maintain a hands-on, can-do attitude, thinking creatively and solving problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Have direct experience in mobile app marketing and ad platforms such as App Store Ads
• Possess experience across the automotive industry, utilities, or renewables
